Erasmus

We came in touch with the Erasmus EU youth education program by mere chance, contacting with Terra Technopolis. This international students’ exchange program offers the possibility to the perspective entrepreneurs to learn from the established entrepreneurs in the countries participating in this program.

You can apply as a new entrepreneur if you started business in the last three years, if you plan to start it or have a business idea, or as an entrepreneur-host running business more than three years and is willing to share your knowledge and experience.

It is a great opportunity for young people who want to travel abroad and gain valuable experience in the first steps of their career. From our point of view, speaking as the entrepreneur-hosts, we had more than affirmative impressions.

The process of application is simple and the search for the candidates is challenging. However, since we compete with the companies from all of the EU, applicants may find other places more alluring. Even if you find a suitable individuals, we still need their confirmation.

The applicants are financed by EU, and our first task is to find them accommodation, develop a sense of affiliation to the company and create a favorable atmosphere. Our trainees turned out to be very proactive and thirsty for knowledge. It even turned into the long lasting partnership with our latest trainee Stefan.

Being part of this project could be very dynamic and interesting. We recommend this program to all companies.
